The Community Partnership Program
Stanford Hospital & Clinics dedicates considerable resources to improve the health and well-being of the community through its Community Partnership Program. The program is a multi-year, strategic investment in community health and consists of three major health initiatives:
- Improve the health and well-being of older adults
- Improve access to care
- Reduce cancer-related health disparities
In addition to providing financial and other support for these three initiatives, Stanford Hospital & Clinics invests in many other programs that promote the health of its community members. For more information, read our brochure.
