The Community Partnership Program

Stanford Health Care dedicates considerable resources to improve the health and well-being of the community through its Community Partnership Program. The program is a multi-year, strategic investment in community health and consists of three major health initiatives:

  • Improve the health and well-being of older adults
  • Improve access to care
  • Reduce cancer-related health disparities

In addition to providing financial and other support for these three initiatives, Stanford Health Care invests in many other programs that promote the health of its community members. For more information, read our brochure.
