All good!
Dr. Maloney is the best of the best! I have utmost confidence in him.
Dr. William Maloney, as I am sure anyone reading this knows, is superb, kind, and "very cool" (as Miles Davis would say) in all the best ways: a kind of low-key medical rock star who is truly knowledgeable, attentive, professional, willing to answer questions, thoughtful, and very polite and considerate not only to the patient, me, but to family members who have been with me at appointments. He seems to have an interest in, and understand, how a given orthopedic issue might (almost inevitably does!) affect other limbs in the body, how all the bones interact with each other. His office assistant (I am forgetting the exact title), Jimmy To, is friendly and extremely well-informed and polite; so too is the doctor's PA, Francesca (new to me), who took my list of questions and saw that all were answered. I've mentioned above Angela and Tina at the reception desk and booking: they too were a pleasure to speak to and I am so grateful; all of those working with Dr. Maloney seemed absolutely first rate as professionals and human beings.
Dr. Maloney was excellent, so was his nurse practitioner, Francesca.
Dr. Maloney is internationally known and perhaps the best in his field. I am convinced that my surgery was a masterpiece! He is superior from all aspects: bedside manners; professionalism, and care! People like him make Stanford great!
