I was not looking forward to my first video visit. I felt like it was going to be too impersonal. I was wrong. Dr. Viswanathan put me totally at ease. He was prepared for my visit, I could tell he was familiar with my case. I appreciated everything about him. I feel confident of his conclusion to implant a defibrillator because he took the time to walk me through his reasoning.
For this type of visit, video was the way to go. It was just a discussion, I didn’t need any vitals taken. And, I live in Roseville, so it saved me a trip, time, and money.
Dr. V is sending me a Zio PAC, and saving the date for my surgery. Didn’t answer a previous question, wasn’t sure what sure what you were asking.
