Sleeping Like a Baby: How Babies Sleep and How Families can cope with broken sleep

In this two part discussion we will explore how the youngest humans sleep and common problems that babies have with sleep.

In the second part we will shift to the sleep of parents, siblings, and grandparents and tips for coping with unavoidable circumstances in which sleep is disrupted as with a newborn joining the family. 

6 p.m. – 7 p.m. : The Newcomer's Discussion Session

The Newcomer's Discussion Session is moderated by Stanford Sleep Clinicians and provides an opportunity to ask questions regarding Sleep and your Health. Join us for this energetic and informative session from 6 – 7 p.m.
