Leading in Complex Environments: Building a Culture of Excellence

A leader's work is emotionally and psychologically demanding. One's ability to be both intra-personally and inter-personally intelligent is essential for meeting the challenges of the day-to-day work in hospitals and other clinical work environments.

This workshop will assist leaders at all levels in developing their selfawareness and interpersonal skill set so they are better able to successfully guide others through the complex evolving needs of their unit, department or clinic.

Participants will have an opportunity to apply learned strategies and resources to their own work setting and learn from others throughout the workshop.
