Thanks to medical advances and overall improved health, adults are enjoying independence and productivity well into their 70s, 80s, and beyond. Stanford anticipated the growing need for information and coordinated care for baby boomers, aging adults and their families, and created Aging Adult Services.
Providing information, resources, care, and support in the hospital, home, and sub-acute settings, Aging Adult Services works closely with the Stanford Senior Care Clinic to complete an integrated continuum of care. The Aging Adult Services team is here to assist you!
With partial support from the Ronald and Ann Williams Charitable Foundation, we promote wellness and preventive practices for healthy aging and longevity.
