We do our best to streamline the process and be respectful of your time. You will be asked to complete a New Patient Questionnaire prior to your first visit. You can print these forms online and bring them to your visit or complete them when you arrive.

We will take your information and let you know your expected wait time. Please bring your photo ID and insurance card. Bring medical reports and a CD of any x-rays, CT scans, or MRI scans that have been done outside Stanford.
In-Office X-Ray
If necessary, you will meet with one of our skilled technicians to obtain specialized views to evaluate the region of interest. If you already had an X-Rays or MRI scan elsewhere, please bring the images on a CD for the Doctor to review.
Consultation
You will meet with the physician, physician assistant, or nurse practitioner. We will take your history and perform a detailed examination. We prioritize the visit to educate you about your diagnosis and offer treatment options for you to decide what's best for you.
Check Out
We'll help coordinate the next step, which may include a CT or MRI scan, medications, physical therapy, casting/bracing, injections, or surgery if necessary. We communicate with your primary care provider to keep them in the loop.

We are conveniently located just minutes from I-580. We validate parking for the Horton Street garage and we are easily reached from public transit, including the MacArthur BART station by the Emeryville Go-Round shuttle. Our office is across the street from the multi-specialty Stanford Emeryville building.
