Work will continue on the site, parking structure, and building areas.
- Exterior work: Crews will continue positioning, welding, aligning, and securing precast wall panels. Installation of exterior glass will continue. Framing of the rooftop unit exterior walls and roof edge is underway.
- Interior progress: Workers will continue installing plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage systems. Interior work will include wall framing, drywall installation, taping, priming, and painting. Fire protection systems will continue to be installed and undergo functional testing.
- Ground-level work: Workers will continue sidewalk and landscaping restoration in support of underground utility efforts. Crews will perform underground boring and excavation to install outside plant infrastructure within surface parking areas. Installation of underground storm drainage piping will continue.
- Parking structure: Crews will continue basement waterproofing, installation of shotcrete walls and vertical supports, and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems beneath the structure.
- Noise: Normal construction noise, with potentially louder periods from digging and demolition work in the parking areas.
- Vibrations: You may feel some light ground vibrations while heavy equipment is in use.
- Traffic: Please note these important access changes:
- The Pavilion A/B driveway from Broadway Street is closed through late 2027.
- The surface parking lot next to Pavilion A is now permanently closed.
- Be aware of temporary access changes near parking areas due to ongoing utility work.
