Three Ways to Cook Broccoli
Air-fry
Coat with a small amount of oil and cook on high for 5 – 7 minutes.
Steam
Add chopped garlic and steam over boiling water for 5 – 6 minutes until tender and brilliant green.
Roast
Slice broccoli and coat with a small amount of oil. Generously season the broccoli with a spice blend. Roast in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes. Serve with fresh lemon juice to brighten the flavors.
