Telehealth
Telehealth video visits are available for primary care, follow-up visits, mental health services, and many specialty care appointments. Video visits are available through the MyHealth app and web portal.
Note: Parents and guardians of patients 17 years and younger can join their child’s video visit using a MyHealth proxy access.

In-person Care
In-person appointments are available for new and returning patients. For primary care, call 650-498-3333 or make an appointment via MyHealth.
Specialty Care Appointments
Specialty care visits focus on more complex health conditions. Please contact your doctor or clinic directly for an appointment. For help, call guest services at 650-498-3333.
