The care staff is great and Dr Bahrani is outstanding. The insurance situation is ridiculous. I cannot believe Stanford will not accept Covered CA. You're both based in California! How can we possibly have NO option for in-network treatment from the state insurance program! That alone makes me want to find another network.

Dr. Barani spoke too quickly, I could not follow what he was saying. I had to ask him to slow down. Also the AVS notes are not correct. My sister who is visiting from out of town DOES have Covid symptoms. He wrote in the notes that she does not. It may be a small point but it feels like he did not listen to what we told him.
