I selected Dr. Brose because of his extensive expertise and discipline. Opiates for pain require careful management to minimize risk and initially on a recommendation to see him and later after years of his care, I came to the realization that Dr Brose never overlooks anything of importance and is always on target on issues that really matter to a patients good health. I was safe in his care and managing my pain effectively. Keep in mind that he is tough on discipline and rules, so no insanity is allowed. I wish Dr. Brose was more prepared for the visit, such as familiar with the medications that I am taking. I wish he was not so particularly about the exact terminology instead of concentrating on the question that I was asking. He seemed to be rather impatient to my questioning.
There were contradictions in his statements. For instance he stated that one medicine helped with the inflammation and later on said it did not.
