SHC Patient, Sep 2014

Good.

SHC Patient, Aug 2014

I wish she had actually studied info I sent her 2 MOS. PRIOR TO MY APPT.

SHC Patient, Jul 2014

My appt. was scheduled following someone else's cancellation, so my test results went in before my appt. Dr. Chen made me feel I was wasting her time.

SHC Patient, Feb 2014

I am coming from VA to get Dr. Chen to do my upper endoscopy.

SHC Patient, Feb 2014

Dr. Chen was excellent in all ways.

SHC Patient, Jan 2014

GI doctor that won't write jury excuse letter doesn't truly understand IBS.

SHC Patient, Dec 2013

I want to spent more time with me.

SHC Patient, Dec 2013

I was a referral. Dr. Chen was not prepared for my visit. She had not reviewed my records or previous tests. She made a preliminary diagnosis and ordered a CT scan to confirm it. The CT scan came back negative, but Dr. Chen did not vary from her diagnosis and her only advice to me was to watch my diet & life with my condition. This is not acceptable to me. I do not believe that Dr. Chen can be 100% certain of what my problem is. I think she thought the CT scan would confirm her diagnosis (in fact, she told me it would), but when it did not, she told me it was not definitive & she still thought she was correct. I feel she should have explained other possible difficulties.

SHC Patient, Dec 2013

Dr. Chen seems very knowledgeable.
