Dr. Chen is the best. She’s an expert in her field, she is funny, kind and speaks the truth, even when it’s sometimes difficult to hear. I have a true partnership with Dr. Chen when making decisions about my health care, well-being and happiness. I trust and respect her immensely.

Dr Chen is an absolutely wonderful doctor who tackles a job with a lot of difficult cases (such as myself!). Dr Chen is my hero - she literally saved my life when I was stuck very deep in addiction for a decade. Almost three years later my life is very well back on the track, and I still benefit a lot from being able to touch base with Dr Chen. Give the lady a raise if possible - she definitely deserves it! Thanks to the whole team!

My appointment with Dr. Chen was completely satisfactory. My personal preference is always for in-person but that's not always an option right now :(........ If I have a longer wait for in-person versus a video visit I'll take the video.

My health was imperative. My injury is serious, and my condition seemed to get worse. Stanford's helped me out more than any other hospital. My follow ups were done with more experienced Drs, My concern was the pain medication, which I have been prescribed for over 30 years. Their concern for my safety is thankful.

I went there for a physical exam but the Doctor didn't check anything on meno skin is exam no nose and throat exam no eye for exam no ear examI had a rash in my left foot and forgot to tell the doctor about it. if she did the exam the way it ought to be she could have caught it.
She is knowledgeable and patient. Exp[lain all the details and check my record thoroughly. Tells me about the side effect of the drugs. It is a blessing to have such a physician for health check up.

I could not see my primary care physician, and am delighted that I was able to see Dr. Chen. She and her medical team were fantastic, thoughtful, thorough and helpful. They made a potentially uncomfortable situation wonderful, and they were able to arrange a same day ultrasound since I was leaving the next day to be with my children. I SO appreciated their responsiveness and understanding!

Dr. seemed annoyed I was there & that I couldn't see my PCP, acted like I was a waste of her time.
My problem (badly impacted wax in both ears) was only partially alleviated at the clinic; the provider, Dr. Chen, handled my problem carefully and with great cheer and good humor, and then enthusiastically referred me to ENT at Menlo Medical Clinic -- apparently specialists known to her personally. I was able to obtain an appointment there the next day that completely alleviated the problem.
