In the 10+ years since I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, Dr Cahill is the first time I truly felt heard about my condition and how to properly manage it. Thanks to her, I’m now on a path to better manage symptoms, fertility, and the endocrinological factors that influence my PCOS. Not to mention, her manner in the exam room is unlike anything I ever experienced. She always asks for consent, respects your boundaries, and works with you to find solutions that work for your lifestyle and goals. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Cahill was incredibly empathetic. She listened to me, and believed what was going on. She said we were a team and I appreciated that. She took me seriously, and that meant a lot. She made it very clear what her next steps were, and she let me know what thoughts she had about things we could try. She also took time to explain what her initial thoughts were about what could be going on, and what the limitations were in terms of figuring things out, and did this in a way I would understand. Everything was clearly articulated, and I left the appointment with a very good idea on what to do next. She was clear that she wanted a follow up - thank you! On top of everything else, she was just a very nice and easy person to communicate with. This was such an encouraging appointment, couldn't be happier. Well worth the wait!

I saw had departed the practice, and knew I needed someone equally warm and thorough, who would understand my complex conditions.
