I have had such a good experience with my new PMD, Kim Chiang. She has taken the time to schedule follow ups so we can ensure that my multiple issues are being dealt with and that I am making progress. I feel these follow up appointments head off needing more care in the future than I otherwise would have needed, as we are addressing things in a timely manner and preventing them from becoming bigger issues that will effect my quality of life and overall health.
