I think Dr Kim Chiang is an excellent Primary Care MD. She is very engaged, thoughtful, comprehensive. My health situation is very complicated, both from previous interventions & my daily needed routines, and now with f/u regarding my recent accidental trip/fall.

Kim Chiang is very organized and thorough; she always comes prepared for our meetings- looking at the records and looking at what we’ve sent in in preparation of the appointment. Her ideas and instructions are very well thought through and conveyed. She is always upbeat and attentive. She is always accessible via MyHealth and we appreciate that between visits. Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Chiang- the one thing I would say is i wished we had Dr. Chiang before we were assigned to Dr. Artandi who told us on our first visit that it would be the last since she was changing jobs.

Nobody seems to know what the other Dept.. is doing and does not pass on pertinent information.
