The initial nurse was very professional, explaining everything she was doing, letting me know how long my wait might be, I was very informed and the care was very good. I was asked if a PA in training might attend the visit, I agree. The PA was also very professional, made a personal connection to help make me feel comfortable. Dr. Eichel is always excellent. He is like having a country doctor. He is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to allow patients to think about the total health. Dr. Eichel never makes you feel like you are just another patient who needs a specific procedure (in and out), you never feel rushed with him. Excellent care all around.

This doctor was supposed to be a geriatric doctor yet none of his rooms have tables that a disabled person can get up on. Furthermore the only restroom dies not have grab bars and has a very very low toilet.the bathroom out in the hall with a grab bar was filthy.
