Michelle Engle does an excellent job of being logical and using facts while also taking into account the observations and ideas of the patient. She also expresses empathy in a genuine manner. This builds rapport and trust.
One wish is that ALL Stanford physicians be given enough time to review previous lab results and other tests conducted outside the Stanford system. For example, my prior lab results provide clinical evidence of my declining condition. I discovered this by pulling up old records.
