Totally overpriced rates for simple procedures. For example a Prostate exam almost $ 1.000 for a 4 min Dr visite and one rubber glove. Can't get a quote if needed. For example a colonoscopy.

Dr. Fulmer is one of the nicest doctors I have worked with. He is courteous, patient and has an amazing response time for my questions. We have changed health practice providers multiple times in order to stay with him. He could be a role model for any primary care physician.

I had the opportunity to change to a less expensive health insurance provider (Kaiser), but chose not to specifically because I wouldn't be able to see Dr. Fulmer anymore. he's been my doctor for a long time now and I have complete confidence in him, so I decided that was not an option. Dr. Fulmer is a patient and attentive doctor that shows the utmost concern for his patients. I recently had a situation that caused me a lot of anxiety and he listened to my concerns and spent substantial time talking me through the various possibilities and treatments.
