I would be glad to recommend Dr. Fulmer to anybody. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about Stanford healthcare. The billing is really bad. On X - ray, 3 bills??? Totally overpriced rates for simple procedures. For example a Prostate exam almost $ 1.000 for a 4 min Dr visite and one rubber glove. Can't get a quote if needed. For example a colonoscopy.

Dr. Fulmer always takes the time to listen. I never feel he is rushing me. We covered all my concerns. He is an excellent Dr. and I am a tough grader.

I had the opportunity to change to a less expensive health insurance provider (Kaiser), but chose not to specifically because I wouldn't be able to see Dr. Fulmer anymore. he's been my doctor for a long time now and I have complete confidence in him, so I decided that was not an option. Dr. Fulmer is a patient and attentive doctor that shows the utmost concern for his patients. I recently had a situation that caused me a lot of anxiety and he listened to my concerns and spent substantial time talking me through the various possibilities and treatments.
