the virtual doctor visit was great and Dr Laura was awesome. But towards the end of the virtual visit she asked me to visit the ER for further checkup. I think she gave me the wrong address of the ER in palo alto. She told me to visit 900 welch road and i drove from hayward to palo alto and got to 900 welch road by 7:15pm. I don't think that building was a ER. It was more like an office or something. No one was there and it wasn't clear where to go and i realized the building was empty when i was asking one of the janitorial staff for direction. and the janitorial staff said there is no one in this building and he didn't know what ER i was talking about. I didn't know who to contact or where to go so i drove back home without visiting the ER.
Dr. Gross was very responsive and followed me through X-ray and called the next day to check on me!

Dr Laura Gross used to be my family doctor at Portola valley for many years. She always cares about her patients. with my mom's urine infection, she provided me lots of information on the medication she prescribed for my mom and she also asked Dr Njo to follow up with me to ensure that my mom is OK, not having fever or vomiting.
Dr. Gross was very efficient, caring, and considerate. I would request to see her again if needed.

Dr. Laura Gross is an exceptional doctor who cares and listens well to her patients. She analyzes trends and involves me in decision making regarding appropriate lab tests, immunizations and follow up visits. I will miss her as she transitions into Urgent Care in a few weeks.

Dr. Gross is very professional and showed overall care for the quality of services provided. Assisted me in getting my records transferred from Sequia hospital stay so we could assist in obtaining records to check to ensure why I was taking certain medications. Not resolved but a path to get it done was worked out before I left the office.
