He's very confident and quick and to the point. He gives the impression he has seen my problem before with others and that conveys a level of confidence.
He reviewed my data before the appointment and took the initiative to do some research prior to the appointment. It made me feel respected.

Hanno was excellent.
There wasn't much to spend time on. The doctor reviewed the blood work done in December and recommended an ultrasound once the shelter in place lifts. He was very friendly and encouraging.
very good experience
The time I spent with Dr. Hanno was very informative and he answered all my concerns with answers that I clearly understood.
Dr Hanno let me describe my condition and questions in detail, which allowed us together to come up with a good solution to my issues. It probably added 5 minutes to face time with Doctor, but this allowed us to come up with a lot better diagnosis and solution to my issues.
Dr. Hano is very much to the point and he uses his 20 min very carefully, answers all the questions and makes me feel that I am in the hands of a real professional. I'm lucky to have him my Urologist.
Dr. Hanno was very nice. He was very helpful explaining the issue and was very understanding of my problems.
seasoned professional, great manner.
Dr Hanno is excellent -- very experienced in this area -- his inputs and recommendations should be quite helpful to me.
I was quite pleased that Dr Hanno personally called me within 2 hours of me leaving his office to warn me about potential birth defects from a treatment because he racalked I had mentioned that I'm trying to conceive. A moment after we hung up, his nurse practitioner called me with the same warning, and she was also surprised to hear the Dr had called himself. I really appreciated Dr. Hanno calling.
Dr. Hanno was very patient, kind and professional. Excellent doctor.
Sadly, the provider did not show me empathy. When asked about the meaning of hematuria, he said with a blunt affect: "hematuria is bladder cancer unless otherwise diagnosed." I did not feel he empathized with my condition and worries. He may be competent but I could tell from this first meeting he is not as compassionate as I'd hope providers would be.
As noted above, I'm very impressed by the services provided by Dr. Hanno and his entire team. I feel fortunate in having them help me through this difficult period. My only wish were if I were able to get my 1st appointment sooner.
All very good.

Dr. Hanno was very clear in instructions I like that he uses a conservative method - I'm hearing impaired and he faced me at all times (I lip read) was attentive to my resistance of antibiotic, meds - I'm due for a 3 month follow up - so far - He strikes me as a no nonsense person - I appreciate that!
