Dr. Olivia Dew Joan Jee is an exceptional doctor. At the time, I had been suffering from low back pain for nearly three weeks and after seeing many doctors without making much headway, I finally felt like the problem was fully being addressed. She approached the problem like researcher-physician-listening to the information without making any assumptions and reviewing the test results carefully. She was compassionate and gave my case the fresh set of eyes it needed. It was such a relief to know the problem was being addressed and to know I would get the care I needed. She is a remarkable doctor and person and I'm very grateful and satisfied with the care I received.

I'm going Dr. Jee very poor on courtesy for one critical reason: in the middle of explaining a condition I've been dealing w/ - endometriosis - She interrupted to lecture me about the "biological clock." It was completely unnecessary to tell me as I'm already well aware, and has only added to my stress. Dr. Jee should be more aware that women in their 30's aware of & sensitive.

Dr Jee was obviusly invested in my wellbeing. She went over my medical history thoroughly. She listened to my questions and discussed best courses of action thoroughly. My test results were available in less than 48 hours and I had already had a phone appointment with Dr Jee thoroughly discussing my results within 72 hours the lab test.
