I like Dr Kwon very much although this was the first time we had any communication. She was very pleasant, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, very thorough with her assessment and plan of care. She explained in details what to expect before, during and after the testing. She also reminded me to check to make sure my insurance covers the testing to prevent any financial issues which is much appreciated.
