A truly wonderful experience after being at PAMF for years, where the doctors have to rush in late and rush out asap! My doctor said "Why don't you come back in 3 months? I feel like I'm just beginning to get to know you." I have NEVER had a doctor say anything like that before! It makes me think she will actually listen and trust me when I say something is not right.

It would have helped to know that the hot compress was best to be a washcloth heated in the microwave and then applied directly to the cyst. I learned this at my next appointment, which was with Dr. Glasseroff when I thought to ask. (I had been using a heating pad applied through cloth, which was definitely not as effective.)

Dr. Lindsay and the coordinated care clinic were amazing. I felt like all my health concerns were addressed at one visit without feeling like the doctor need to leave the room and come back later. She was willing to listen to my concerns and had reviewed my medical history prior to my arrival. She is also my husband's doctor and she understood the implications of caring for him on my health and how that would affect me.
