I was very pleased that Dr. Lee saw me the day of my issue. I was told by the receptionist that I could ot see her till January, and I kind of panicked. Then, an hour later she phoned and said the Doctor would see me today. I was so relieved- I have only vision in one eye, and I was very concerned thatI had an eye infection. None of the Emergency rooms or Urgent care offices have opthamology, so I was very grateful to be seen that day.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Lee. I found her to be dismissive and unwelcoming because my vision prescription is very minor. I have not been made to feel this way at other opthamologists, and I expressed that my prescription, though minor, helps me greatly working all day at a computer and prevent my migraines. I also shared that other opthamologists have checked my vision both before and after dilation and found different results, and she was dismissive saying that this is only for younger people (I'm 28). I was made to feel that I was wasting her time getting an annual check up.

I have had five visits to Dr. Lee's office in two months for a recurring eye ulcer. My experiences with Dr. Lee, her nurse assistant and the office staff have been exceptional. Only one visit included a long wait time due to an emergency. I suggest the Clinic consider a second opthomalogist, at least part time, as Dr. Lee's schedule is booked very solidly so patients needing short term follow ups have a hard time getting in.
