This doctor is one of the good doctors that Stanford has, he is very human & furthermore from the start he made an effort to speak Spanish leaving the hospital very high, thank you very much for having him there.

Doctor Nelligan takes care of me in an outstanding way!
Dr. Nelligan was thorough, professional & polite at all times.
I did not feel rushed through the small operation I needed. I felt I was given the proper attention. In the past with my previous health provider (not Stanford health), I felt like the stop watch started as soon as I walked in the door with the nurse assistant and it felt like there was a race to get me out of there as quickly as possible. But with this visit, I felt everything went smoothly and the Dr. took his time from start to finish. I really appreciated that.
my doctor gave me excellent diagnosis and treatment
Excellent doctor!
This was a very good quality experience, it was also extremely efficient. Within less than 2 hours a small procedure (aspiration of joint fluid), blood exam, X-ray and drug prescription with pickup at pharmacy were done. This is amazingly fast.
Dr. Nelligan is the best.

I was surprised with how much time that Dr. Nelligan spent with me; he listened and spoke in a manner I could understand. I felt he listened to my concerns and needs-I never felt like he was rushing through my appointment. I actually began to fell guilty he was spending so much time with me, but he assured me it was okay, and continued to make sure I understood my treatment plan-I felt better after my appointment since he demonstrated he actually cared about my health and well being-very refreshing. I will recommend him as to anyone who needs a great doctor.
great Provider
thank you, Dr. Nelligan, for performing this procedure at SFM so I did not have to go to an outside clinic.
This is a young physician still warped up in self-absorbing views of what should and not should be with little flexibility that only time provides to be able to see the patient's point of view and input. None of that happens!
Dr. Nelligan is an excellent, caring and thoughtful provider.
Dr Nelligan was great. I also had some follow-up questions via MyHealth messaging, and he was very quick to respond.
Very professional.
Wonderful physician! Responsive, caring.
Ian is terrific! Always engages in thoughtful and attentive discussion about my health and all of my questions.
If all doctors and medical staff performed like Dr. Nelligan and his staff I believe peek would look forward to seeing their doctors. Dr. Nelligan actually listens to me and talks to me like a human. He offered several paths for me and really helped me. I don't feel like I am in a fast food drive through with Dr. Nelligan.
A good man. Listens very well and asks good questions.
Dr. Nelligan is the best!

Gooad care always.
I LOVE DR. NELLIGAN BUT I always feel like he feels rushed - I don't know why our visits have a pre-set time on them. When I see that, it makes me not want to ask him questions.
He is a very cool doctor. Knowledgeable caring and sensitive to your needs.
I met with a medical student first. She was great. Dr. Nelligan didn't seem to really care& just wanted to get to his next appointment.
I was not prescribed any medications but a medication was used for my minor procedure and Dr. Nelligan did an excellent job reviewing the risks and benefits of the medication and what to do if I were to see the symptoms that he clearly described to me.
This was the first time I visited my provider and it was a very good experience. I am confident that I received excellent care.
Dr. was in hurry to finish - He didn't check another issue - but he recommended to take more pain killers to alleviate pain. -
Very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the care provider.
