I feel blessed to have Dr. Qadir as my PCP. She is an excellent listener--even when I seem to speak to quickly. She is so caring, and wants the best for me. We talk about plans of care, and how to be healthy. I got to share that birding with my husband not only has kept us active, it is great for ones mental health. Not everything can be cured with a pill.
She keeps up with knowledge on over-the-counter remedies so that when I ask, she already has information to share.
I like how she gives me options on doing my bloodwork. I know it will cost more going to Valley Care, but I trust the staff, and that is priceless.
Finally, I am glad Stanford Health Care is keeping its patients in mind. Being able to connect with my PCP via videoconference is a resource that I hope you will keep moving forward.

I can't say enough nice things about Dr Qadir. I've been seeing her for many years now. She is so caring. I've NEVER had a less than amazing visit with her. I tell everyone how wonderful my Primary Care Physician is. She listens to me, she tells me what I need to hear, explains things thoroughly to me, is a cheerleader for me when I'm getting healthy, she genuinely cares.

Usually Dr. Qadir takes her time and really listens, but on this day, the patient of another doctor was added to her schedule (overheard in the waiting room), and she was VERY rushed. She never told me what she suspected I had. I tried to explain that I had tried EVERYTHING she was suggesting. I just did not feel heard and believe it was a result of her being rushed and having extra patients added to her already busy schedule.

Dr Qadir is great. However, she's under pressure with the chaotic systems surrounding her - I'm sure many patients are upset by the time they get to her - if they ever do get through the appointment system.
