Bright excellent young Doctor
Delightful, kind, skilled, reassuring, knows what she's doing and does it well
Dr ROSS was attentive, and listened carefully to answers I provided to her questions. Dr ROSS also listened carefully to my questions and responded clearly and in language I could understand by using plain english when appropriate instead of "Medic-speak" or somewhat medically technical explanations. I enjoyed the conversation and feel very confident about what is going to happen next. I am somewhat disappointed that SUTTER Health did NOT provide the Sonogram information to STANFORD when I specifically advised them that it should be done.
Dt. Ross was kind, caring, and very thorough.
