I appreciate Dr. Roohparvar's skills as a diagnostician and I find him and his team responsive to my issues. There was confusion when my appt was rescheduled but his staff figured it out and he gave me exactly the follow-up information that I needed through this video call today. He was gracious about it too, which I appreciate very much. He identified the steps that I should take to get through to him in the future if I do need help sorting out misunderstandings with the scheduling process and/or his staff. In addition to providing the specific next steps for me clinically, he also provided a good general overview of the issues and the balance that I need to strike among the competing variables. Having that background helps me make better decisions about what I should be doing going forward. I know it takes more of his time to be thorough like that but it is helpful and shows me that he is paying close attention to what I am saying and trying to do.
