He walked me through what was going on, took inputs from me and when we discussed what to do next, his descriptions and direction gave me a lot of information and agency to deal with the issue and take charge of the issue.

He knows my name and conditions and histories without needing to look at the chart and shows genuine empathy. I never feel rushed. I trust him completely. I feel truly blessed to have a doctor like him caring for me.

Dr. spends a lot of time looking at computer screen. I understand it is a time of transition as doctors and nurses are required to keep digital records now, but my appointments sometimes feel like when I'm talking to my 15 year old while he has an iPad in his hands...
He's always cool, calm, collected and professional. He makes you feel like you're his only patient... even though he is very busy.
Dr. Silverman is one of the best doctors I have been to. He is extremely kind and sensitive to his patient and I would highly recommend him to others. The problem lies with the reception and phone service at the office. Not that the employees are bad but the office seems to be understaffed.

Dr. Silverman really takes his time. He answers questions throughly and honestly, and always includes my family in the visits. He makes sure all questions are answered and needs are met before the appointment ends.
Dr Silverman always has a smile regardless of how busy he is. However I thought sometimes the answers he gave were curt.
