My experience was this: 1.) I was seen quickly. 2.) The admin staff were pleasant and efficient and the nurse was polite. 3) Dr. Tsao was (again) kind and very informative. She answered my questions in a quick but detailed way. She did not once imply that they were stupid questions, although some were. (It’s bound to happen.) She took my concerns seriously and scheduled me for all reasonable tests. 4.) The nurse came in and was kind and addressed my issues around testing. My care was efficient but thorough and done with kindness.

I have built a good relationship with Dr. Tsao since she first entered the practice. She is a caring, concerned physician who took the time to survey and summarize all my health concerns (and those of my husband as well) in an appointment that lasted over an hour.
