I really enjoyed meeting him. The first time we met was in his office and he was wearing a mask. That was difficult and quite impersonal. Being on the video he did not need a mask so I could see his face. That made a world of difference.
He explained everything and answered my questions. He gave me advice on what to do prior to resorting to surgery. I liked his style and his concern. I would see him again and if I decide on surgery, I will go back to him.

Dr. Tseng did not seem interested in my symptoms or pain, and was apparently upset because I had a CT instead of an MRI (I can't have an MRI because I have metal in my body). It was not a helpful consultation. I would not return to see him again, and I would not recommend him to anybody I know.

He his the best. Listen to my problems and made his decision on what surgery to perform based on the data and also WHAT I TOLD HIM WAS MY PROBLEM. Local Dr. in Las Vegas wanted to fuse my spine . Dr. Tseng saw a cyst on my spine that was pushing on my nerve and this was my problem. His expertise meant he could perform a out patient surgery to fix my problem and not a major surgery fusing my spine. I have recommend to my people my age 75 it is worth the time and money to fly to Stanford to see Dr. Tseng.
