She provided useful information. An area for improvement would be to listen to the patient more attentively. I found an error in the meeting notes (I am doing four 7-minute workouts, not two, per day). Also, her approach left me with the distinct feeling that now I'm an old man and will require tons of interventions going forward. Maybe she could reflect on ways to communicate her message without making the patient feel like a walking dead.

Very dismissive about my concerns and anxiety about gyn physical exams after my poor experience with my IUD insertion. Doesn’t seem to understand patient can develop trauma from bad experiences that would impact future visits. The reason I put off seeing her sooner was based on that IUD experience and being afraid to return to this clinic and this visit confirmed how much poor their bedside manner is.
