I really love Dr. Yun! He was fun, made me feel at ease, very honest, thorough, didn't blow me off like my previous dr., and I think he can help me. The fact that he told me he can help me in some way was encouraging. The last decade I was always told, "there's nothing we an do. You just have to learn to live with this and go to Costco and buy a hearing aid!" He really cares, asked questions, showed pictures and had taken the time to explain things. Dr. Yun took care of a problem that was bothering me comfortably and expertly. Diep, also deserves acknowledgement. The amount of time I had to wait for someone to answer at the Menlo Medical Clinic central switchboard was over 30 minutes. The new system is not working and is a bit “I don’t care†message to patients. Having to explain things twice after the phone is finally answered and being required to share very personal information with someone besides one’s doctor and medical assistant or the operator won’t contact a doctor’s medical assistant is not acceptable.

I came to see Dr. Yun about tinnitus and pain in my right ear which had reduced significantly in the two days prior to my appointment. Dr. Yun did not give me any information about the cause of my problem or what to do if it returned. A day later my pain and tinnitus had returned. Dr. Yun seemed very keen to usher me out and get the appointment finished as soon as possible rather than take the time to talk to me about my symptoms. Instead he talked at length to me about his own symptoms unrelated to the purpose of my visit. I was frustrated after my visit with Dr. Yun and will need to reschedule an appointment with an ENT.

I use "Good" rather than very good because I have no complaints, everything went well & was professional. No complaints; I do not see haw things could be better unless one never had to wait a minute for anything - not going to happen in the real world!

waste of my time. Unnecessary visit because doctor was behind schedule he had not read documents sent from previous doctor. He asked me to come back after he had talked to doctor even though I had made special afforest to get the documents to him days before my arrival. Dr. Yun is a problem solver and a true doctor...... not just someone who notices symptoms and prescribes drugs. He wants to figure out the problem in its entirety and follows through with "following up" if the health issue is not resolved. These characteristics seem to be lacking in so many physicians. Dr. Yun has them intrinsically and demonstrates it consistently in his work, and care for his patients.
