Building Caregiver Resilience

A 4-week Skill-Building Workshop | 2/7, 2/14, 2/21, 2/28

Caring for someone with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia is challenging. This online workshop teaches skills to build resilience or healthy ways to cope with challenges. You’ll learn skills that have been shown to reduce caregiver depression. These skills also improve quality of life.

The workshop is taught in a way that gives you time to discuss and personalize the information for your own situation. Each class builds on what was learned the week before. You’re encouraged to work on the skills you learn each week. We recommend that you attend all 4 of the classes.
