Sound Bath & Creative Art Session
Sound Bath is a holistic approach to promoting overall well-being and self-care. Through a meditative practice, participants are “bathed” in soothing vibrations from instruments like gongs and singing bowls to promote:
- Relaxation and stress reduction
Sound baths promote deep relaxation by activating a part of the nervous system that helps alleviate stress, anxiety, and tension.
- Emotional well-being
The therapeutic vibrations and frequencies used in sound baths can foster feelings of peace, contentment, and optimism, thereby contributing to improved emotional health.
- Enhanced sleep quality
By inducing a state of deep relaxation, sound baths can help quiet the mind and prepare the body for restful sleep, leading to improved sleep quality.
- Improved focus and clarity
The calming effects of sound baths can enhance mental clarity and focus, allowing participants to concentrate more effectively by removing distractions.
- Pain relief
Some studies suggest that sound baths may alleviate pain by releasing endorphins and distracting the mind from pain sensations, providing a natural form of pain relief.
Patients, families, visitors, and staff are invited.
Mats and chair seating will be provided.
