Gentle Mat Pilates Program
In this 4-week series you will be guided through Pilates movements designed to strengthen and balance your body. Each week you will develop core stability that will improve your range of motion and reduce musculature pain, improve back strength, and increase flexibility. The mindfulness aspect of this training allows a renewed sense of energy and calm, reduces stress and anxiety, and rejuvenates awareness of your body-mind-spirit association. This is the first step to regaining your overall physical confidence and comfort.
