Mindful Meditation

Mindful Meditation is an ancient practice of maintaining moment-by-moment awareness through a gentle and nurturing lens. Clinical researchers have reported that mindfulness practices can help with managing stress, reducing pain, fatigue, anxiety, depression, and improve ability to cope with serious illness. No prior experience necessary.

Walk-ins welcome.

The Stanford Supportive Care Program provides free classes, workshops, fitness classes, services, and support to all neuroscience patients regardless of where they receive their care.
