Strengthen with Purpose
Strengthen with Purpose is a strength/resistance training class, that helps you maintain and build strong muscles. Increasing muscle mass can help improve your balance, reduce fatigue, and maintain bone density. We use mats, light weights, bands, balls and body weight as tools to enhance range of motion, flexibility, balance, and muscular strength. Designed to improve physical function to support activities of daily living.
