Tango for Parkinson's Disease

Now offered offered in-person.

This in-person class teaches Argentine Tango as an exercise to improve movement and balance for adults with Parkinson’s Disease. It also gives you the experience of enjoying dancing. You do not need to know how to Tango or how to do other dances. The class is open for anyone from beginner to experienced dancers. Having a dancer partner is preferred, but you do not need someone to dance with you.  Dance shoes or shoes that do not have rubber soles are recommended; however, please wear shoes that fit your needs and comfort.

This class is supported by the American Parkinson Disease Association.

This class is free and open to the community.
