Manager of Spiritual Care

Michel (Meech) Garcia is the Manager of Spiritual Care Services at Stanford Medicine Healthcare. Previously, Meech served as the Manager of Spiritual Health and Education at Tampa General Hospital (TGH) and as the Operations Manager of Mission and Ministry at Advent Health in Tampa, Florida. His career includes roles as a staff chaplain and relief chaplain, providing care in a variety of healthcare settings.

Meech is a Board Certified Chaplain with the Spiritual Care Association (SCA) and a member of the Association for Professional Chaplains (APC). A native of Cuba, he is bilingual and endorsed by the Adventist Chaplaincy Ministry as a Seventh-day Adventist. In his leisure time, Meech enjoys the outdoors, particularly fishing and road biking.
