We provide information, resources and coordinated care for aging adults, and their families. Through our programs and services, we promote wellness and preventive practices for healthy aging and longevity.
Vial of Life is a medical information storage kit for use in the home. The kit enables emergency responders, such as firefighters, paramedics and police, in Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties to quickly locate helpful medical history information.
The Vial of Life kit is being distributed to seniors in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties through the Guest Services department, Lifeline program, Stanford Health Library, healthcare organizations, senior centers and other community agencies. Please direct questions to VialofLife@stanfordmed.org
