The Huntington's Disease and Ataxia Clinic offers an integrated, holistic approach to your care. We know that managing the symptoms of Huntington's disease and ataxia can be complex and we are here to help you every step of the way. Our team provides the expertise and support to take care of all of your daily needs.
Because of our extensive expertise in providing care for Huntington’s disease, the clinic has been designated a Huntington’s Disease Society of America Center of Excellence. Our doctors have treated hundreds of patients and families with Huntington’s disease and are conducting research to improve care options for this disease.

Our team believes in a holistic care approach, meaning that we care for all facets of Huntington’s disease and ataxia. We understand that these diagnoses can be emotionally devastating and impact various aspects of your life and your family’s life.
We provide consultations and treatment for people and families with no symptoms, those who are at risk for developing these conditions, couples who could pass the genes to their children, as well as all the way through advanced stage disease.

The Stanford Balance Center is one of few medical centers in the country to offer an interdisciplinary program for comprehensive testing and community outreach.
Clinical trials are research studies that evaluate a new medical approach, device, drug, or other treatment. As a Stanford Health Care patient, you may have access to the latest, advanced clinical trials.
