Despite the precision and safety of light and laser hair removal, there are potential side effects:
Mild Redness or Irritation: This typically lasts between a few hours and a few days.
Fine, Thin Scab: It usually peels off in 4 to 7 days and is more common among dark-skinned patients.
Darkened Skin: We have special treatments to fix this temporary, extra pigmentation.
Skin Pigment Loss: This is rare, but can happen to people who are prone to pigment loss after injuries.
Hair Regrowth: While hair removal lasts longer or may become permanent with more visits, the hair can potentially grow back in a few weeks or months with just one treatment session. And even when the removal appears permanent, the hair may regrow on some people months or years later.
