beyond. Stanford anticipated the growing need for information and
coordinated care for baby boomers, aging adults and their families,
and created Aging Adult Services.
Providing information, resources, care, and support in the hospital,
home, and sub-acute settings, Aging Adult Services works closely with
the Stanford Senior Care Clinic to complete an integrated continuum of
care. The Aging Adult Services team is here to assist you!

Foundation, we promote wellness and preventive practices for healthy
aging and longevity.

Strong For Life is an easy to follow exercise routine designed to improve strength, function, and balance in older adults with or without limitations.
