New Year Green Smoothie
Serves: 2

Fresh and Green! Blend up this delicious smoothie for a nutritious on-the-go breakfast or an anytime pick me up. Never miss a chance to boost your nutrition with antioxidant-rich greens and blueberries, as well as cholesterol-lowering soluble fiber from oats!
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cucumber
- A fistful of kale or romaine or spinach
- 1 scoop hemp protein powder
- 2 tablespoons of oat bran
- Coconut water (or purified water)
- Stevia, to taste, and/or a sprinkle of cinnamon or some cacao (optional)
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high powered blender. Pulse a few times, then blend on high until smooth.
