DigitalDerm™ Mole Mapping

 

Stanford Dermatology is pleased to be the sole Bay Area provider of DigitalDerm™ total body mole mapping for patients at increased risk of melanoma.

For Patients

A doctor referral is required. Please have your doctor fax a referral to DigitalDerm™ at 1-877-334-6623 who will then contact you to schedule your appointment.

Referral for DigitalDerm™ mole mapping does not require a Stanford Dermatology or Pigmented Lesion and Melanoma Clinic visit, although we are happy to provide consultative services for your patients.

Fax a referral form to 1-877-334-6623. DigitalDerm™ will contact the patient directly and schedule the appointment.

FOLLOW UP ON A PATIENT

Photos will be sent directly to your office following the mole mapping.
