Abstract
Local recurrences can sometimes occur after prior radiotherapy for abdominal and pelvic cancers. The management of these patients can be quite complex. We present a case of recurrent pancreatic cancer after prior chemoradiation and discuss various management options, with a focus on different approaches to reirradiation.
