Caring in Comfort: Sweatclothes Drive Success
SHC recently organized a successful sweatclothes drive to support the unhoused medical respite patients of the Valley Homeless Health Care Program (VHHP). This vital program provides healthcare services to over 7,000 individuals experiencing homelessness in Santa Clara County each year. Together, SHC proudly provided sweatpants and sweatshirts to help unhoused community members stay warm and comfortable during their recovery.
