Nutrition During Head and Neck Cancer Treatment: Peach Coconut Soylent
The great thing about meal replacement beverages is that it is simple to increase their nutrients and add calories. This recipe will teach you how to prepare a Peach Coconut Soylent smoothie with a standing mixer.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 (14-ounce) bottle of Soylent
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- handful of frozen peaches
- 1 tablespoon of honey, to taste
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy
